Rebekah Roulier, LMHC, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Admissions Assistant/Volunteer Coordinator and Three Season Athletic Coach at Lexington Christian Academy. Rebekah then served as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Daniel Webster College in 2008. Rebekah further pursued their passion for sports by completing internships as a Sport Psychology Intern at Boston University Athletic Enhancement Center, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and SquashBusters. In 2010, they became a Recreation Coordinator at Justice Resource Institute, where they taught physical education classes and provided therapeutic support for girls with trauma or mental illness. From 2011 to 2014, Rebekah served as the General Manager/Clinical Director at Doc Wayne Youth Services, overseeing programming and managing a team. Rebekah then moved onto a role as a Clinical Intern at Communities for People, Inc., providing mental health counseling and case management for children in foster care. In 2016, Rebekah returned to Doc Wayne Youth Services as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for daily operations and strategic initiatives. Rebekah later became the Deputy Director, focusing on strategy development and expanding the reach of sport-based therapy. Currently, Rebekah is the Managing Director at the same organization, leading various departments and working towards making sport-based therapy accessible worldwide.

Rebekah Roulier, LMHC has a comprehensive education background in counseling psychology and non-profit management. Rebekah holds a Certificate in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, obtained in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Counseling Psychology with a sub-concentration in Sport Psychology at the Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development from 2010-2013. Before their CAGS, Rebekah Roulier earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Sport Psychology from the same institution in 2009-2010. Rebekah completed their undergraduate studies at Boston University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History. Additionally, Rebekah Roulier holds a National License from the United Soccer Coaches obtained in 2004, and they are a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, registered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
