Debbie Hiers Manning, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and marketing across various industries. Debbie currently works as a Software Implementation & Ecommerce Project Manager at Kensium since 2022. Previously, they served as a Project Manager at Carlsbad Manufacturing Corporation from 2021 to 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Debbie worked at Western Governors University as a Senior Creative Project Manager, overseeing marketing campaigns and managing production for videos, digital ads, social media, and email campaigns. Prior to that, they were a Creative Project Manager at Tailored Brands, Inc. from 2016 to 2019, handling a high volume of marketing projects.

Debbie also has experience at Orchard Supply/Lowe's as a Director of Project Management, Marketing from 2014 to 2015.
