Shyam S Nair has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shyam began their career at FACT Solutions India Pvt Ltd as a Regional Manager, where they successfully built a dealer network and implemented software in various corporate companies. Shyam then joined Everest Software as a Support Manager, responsible for streamlining support operations, maintaining customer relations, and managing implementation projects. At Sabre Airline Solutions, Shyam served as the Manager of Technical Application Support, overseeing global support operations, integrating support processes, and managing a team of over 50. Shyam later joined Aurea Software as a Platinum Experience Manager, focusing on customer experience and relationship management. Currently, Shyam holds the position of Vice President at Kensium, where they lead the Acumatica practice and holds the role of Practice Head. Their expertise encompasses a range of responsibilities including support structure and processes, problem management, and product and customer adoption.
Shyam S Nair completed their 12 years of education from Mount St. Mary's, where they studied Economics from 1978 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University. Following that, they earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology in Delhi.
