About This Opportunity:

This integral team member is a leader for our Solutions Engineering team and provides coaching and mentorship of Solution Engineers around demo delivery, proof of concepts, technical feasibility of the proposed solution, and subject matter expertise for our product suite. It is important that one has a strong customer centric mentality and genuine curiosity for the breadth of the customers’ real business challenges, along with the ability to match our growing solution portfolio to solve them.

Responsibilities:

  • Support responsibilities such as recruiting, hiring, conducting team meetings and calls, compensation planning, etc.
  • Support the performance management process with the Solutions Engineering team including activities such as goal planning, professional development, and annual reviews. Responsible for team motivation, retention, and career planning
  • Quarterly review the achievements of each team member and review / validate their variable compensation
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members
  • Work closely with sales management peers around deal strategy, progression, prioritization, and resourcing
  • Assist with development of technical training and enablement of Solutions Engineering team
  • Develop relationships with other organisations inside Docebo to stay aligned on (and contribute to) both corporate and industry direction
  • Able and willing to work directly with potential customers to demonstrate the products and their value

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, pre-sales or equivalent
  • MUST have experience in E-learning industry
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Business acumen, ability to deal with conflict and resolve appropriately
  • Well versed with sales processes as it relates to pre-sales and solution selling
  • Strong leadership, communication, prioritisation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience of learning industry, learning technology or more generally Human Capital Management solutions preferred
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluent english and other European languages preferred
