Laurent Balagué

Laurent Balagué currently serves as VP of Products at Docebo, responsible for all data, measurement, and analytics products, having successfully launched the Insights solution to meet diverse customer needs. Prior to this role, Laurent held positions as Product Line Manager, where a complete suite of measurement and analytics products was rebuilt, and as Product and Integration Manager, overseeing the integration of Formetris into Docebo. Laurent co-founded Formetris in 2004 and led it to become the European leader in Training Evaluation before its acquisition by Docebo. Earlier experience includes roles as a Lean Manufacturing Expert at Faurecia, a Junior Consultant at McKinsey & Company, an Industrial Engineer at Michelin, and an AI Researcher at Inria. Education credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from École Polytechnique and a Master's Degree in Engineering from ENSTA Paris, with a focus on Software Development and Industrial Management.
