Angélica Aguilar Gaytán

Angélica Aguilar Gaytán has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial sector. Angélica is currently working as a Senior Claims Analyst at Dock since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Creze as an Analista Tarjeta de Crédito for almost a year, where they performed tasks such as analyzing information and documents for credit line approval, providing personalized customer service, and sending personalized monthly account statements. Before Creze, Angélica worked at BANAMEX BANCO NACIONAL DE MÉXICO as a Team Lider / Aclaraciones Contracargos, where they were responsible for managing accounting records, tracking disputes, issuing and recovering promissory notes, and handling billing for services. Their earlier experience includes working at BBVA en México as an Analista de aclaraciones where they analyzed, managed, and provided specialized attention to cases related to fraudulent checks and handled accounting transactions for customer credit.

Angélica Aguilar Gaytán pursued their undergraduate studies from 2011 to 2015 at the Universidad Tecnológica de México. During this period, they obtained a degree, known as Licenciatura, in the field of study of Contabilidad.
