Cristiano Palazzo

Cristiano Palazzo has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cristiano most recently worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Dock, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were employed at Conta Zap as the Head de Banking, where they managed the development of banking solutions and achieved significant improvements in performance and operational efficiency.

Cristiano also served as a Gerente de Projetos de Inovação at banQi, overseeing innovation projects and analyzing the viability of new products. Before that, Cristiano worked at Zoop as a Gerente, coordinating teams involved in managing projects and systems for iFood and Zoop's clients.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Líder de Negócios e Projetos at Callink Serviços de Call Center, leading teams responsible for projects and systems for clients such as CIELO, Santander, Zurich, and Icatu.
