Gabriele Moreira

Gabriele Moreira has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Gabriele started their career as an HR Assistant at Ancar Ivanhoe Shopping Centers, where they supported general HR functions and assisted in recruitment and selection processes. Gabriele then worked as an HR Assistant at Bonasa Alimentos, focusing on generalist HR responsibilities and conducting recruitment and selection procedures for various positions.

Gabriele then joined CSC Algar as a Talent Acquisition Assistant, where they provided support in recruitment and selection, both internally and externally. Gabriele conducted interviews, participated in group dynamics, and assisted in the overall hiring process.

After that, Gabriele worked as a Tech Recruiter at act digital, where they focused on talent acquisition for IT positions. Gabriele conducted interviews, assessed candidates' technical skills, and maintained a pipeline of potential candidates.

Gabriele then joined Mirante Tecnologia as a Tech Talent Acquisition Analyst, responsible for attracting and assessing IT professionals for client projects in São Paulo and Brasília. Gabriele conducted interviews, applied technical tests, and actively participated in Agile routines for project delivery.

Gabriele further expanded their experience as a Recruitment Advisor at Randstad Brasil, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes for tech positions in the banking and financial sectors. Gabriele conducted behavioral and technical interviews and provided behavioral consultancy to candidates.

Gabriele then worked as a Tech Recruitment Lead at ClickA, leading a team in recruiting the best IT candidates for the platform. Gabriele developed strategic plans, supported the recruitment team, and liaised with clients to define priorities and align profiles.

Gabriele also had the opportunity to work as a Founder & HeadHunter at iGab, where they specialized in recruitment and selection for startups, specifically focusing on engineering and marketing positions.

Currently, they hold the position of Talent Partner at Dock, where they serve as a Senior Tech Recruiter, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes for various technology roles. Gabriele'sresponsibilities include aligning and promoting job opportunities, disseminating company culture, evaluating technical and behavioral skills, and actively participating in defining talent acquisition processes.

Throughout their career, Gabriele has demonstrated a strong expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and selection processes, particularly in the IT industry. Gabriele has a proven track record of effectively attracting and assessing candidates for various roles and has also gained experience in leadership and strategic planning in recruitment.

Gabriele Moreira completed their undergraduate education at UDF Centro Universitário from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Psychology. Following this, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus on Behavioral Analysis at Faculdade Inspirar from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their academic pursuits, Gabriele obtained certification in BP Estratégico - Imersão Online from RHLovers® | Escola e Comunidade de RH in May 2022.
