Lucas Skora has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lucas started their career as a Library Assistant at Universidade Positivo, where they were responsible for organizing and controlling the library inventory and providing customer service. From there, they worked as an IT Intern in the Operational Efficiency Team at Banco do Brasil, diagnosing hardware and software issues and participating in a Help Desk development project.
Lucas then joined Grupo RIC Paraná as a Trainee T.I Broadcasting, where they documented the park, created instructional materials, and provided support for Apple and Windows applications. Lucas also worked at Objective Solutions as a Trainee in Technological Infrastructure, providing support to internal and remote users, maintaining workstations and servers, and managing internet links and VPN connections.
Moving forward, Lucas gained experience as an IT Support Technician at Leads2b, where they understood customer needs, opened and tracked support activities, and identified and reported system errors. At the same company, they also worked as a Test Analyst, performing functional and automated tests and ensuring software quality.
Lucas continued their career at ROIT Consultoria e Contabilidade as a QA Analyst in the Fiscal Squad, conducting tests on web systems and APIs and mapping test scenarios. Lucas then worked at Contabilizei, where they performed functional tests on test layers, automated tests using JavaScript, and used ReportPortal for reporting. Later, at CI&T, they took on the role of QA Analyst for the Bradesco - Assessoria Prime project, focusing on writing scenarios, planning functional and automated tests, executing test scenarios, and participating in demand conception and root cause analysis events.
Most recently, Lucas joined Dock as a QA Software Engineer, contributing to quality assurance processes and ensuring the consistency of software deliveries.
Throughout their career, Lucas Skora has demonstrated their proficiency in quality assurance, including functional and automated testing, test scenario creation, and analysis of business rules.
Lucas Skora completed their Bachelor's degree in Systems of Information from Universidade Positivo from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a technical integrated course in Industrial Chemistry at CEEP - Centro Estadual de Educação Profissional de Curitiba from 2009 to 2012.
In addition to their formal education, Lucas has obtained several certifications. These include certifications in Jira Software, Confluence, GIT and GITHUB, Linux, Six Sigma, Software Quality Management, Cypress Discovery, Playwright with Typescript, Automation Testing with Cypress, and Scrum Foundation.
