Matheus Vinicius da Silva

Matheus Vinicius da Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and Agile leadership. Matheus started their career at Algar Tech in 2016 as an Agile Leader, where they were responsible for promoting Agile and Lean culture within the organization. Matheus worked closely with different teams, providing training, facilitating agile ceremonies, and coaching them to improve their practices.

Later, Matheus worked as a Scrum Master at Algar Tech, where they played a crucial role in the development of cognitive self-service solutions and automation projects. Matheus led the agile cadences and worked closely with the Product Owner to manage team demands and achieve the squad's objectives.

Matheus then joined NTT DATA Europe & LATAM as an IT Team Leader, leading a team of software engineers in the development of new features and handling digital channel incidents for a major Latin American bank. Matheus managed and developed their team through one-on-one sessions and individual development plans. Matheus also utilized their experience in agile concepts, Kanban boards, and facilitation techniques to enhance project management.

Currently, Matheus is working at Dock as a Business Legal Analyst.

Matheus Vinicius da Silva completed their undergraduate education from 2018 to 2023 at Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), where they obtained a degree in Direito (Law). Additionally, they have earned several certifications including Certified PBB Practitioner® and Certified Lean Inception Facilitator® from Caroli.org in May and April 2022, respectively. Matheus also holds AWS Partner Accreditations in Business, Technical, and Cloud Economics, which were obtained in November 2021 from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In August 2021, they completed the Fundamentos em PCI - DSS versão 3.2.1 certification from Cipher, and in April 2021, they acquired the Kanban System Design - KMP I certification from Aspercom - Educação Corporativa.
