Miguel Franklin's work experience includes several roles in the technology industry. Miguel currently holds the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at Dock, which they started in November 2021.
Prior to joining Dock, Miguel worked at Instituto Atlântico from July 2016 to November 2021, where they served as a System Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for orchestrating efficient large-scale software deployments, testing features, correcting code, and discussing project progress with customers. Miguel also investigated AI software applications and designed and implemented effective solutions.
Before their time at Instituto Atlântico, Miguel worked at MFM Soluções from October 2013 to June 2016 as an Analista de Sistemas. Prior to that, Miguel worked at Techway Informática from February 2009 to February 2011 as a Developer, focusing on management systems, invoice reports, financial reports, and process management. Miguel also developed projects using .NET and Java programming languages.
Miguel's earlier experiences include a role as a Developer at IEL Ceará from November 2008 to March 2009, where they developed user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, .NET, and ASP.NET. Miguel Franklin has a strong education background in computer science and information systems. Miguel obtained a Master Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Network Systems from the Federal University of Ceara, which they pursued from 2021 to 2023.
