Miguel Franklin

Miguel Franklin's work experience includes several roles in the technology industry. Miguel currently holds the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at Dock, which they started in November 2021.

Prior to joining Dock, Miguel worked at Instituto Atlântico from July 2016 to November 2021, where they served as a System Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for orchestrating efficient large-scale software deployments, testing features, correcting code, and discussing project progress with customers. Miguel also investigated AI software applications and designed and implemented effective solutions.

Before their time at Instituto Atlântico, Miguel worked at MFM Soluções from October 2013 to June 2016 as an Analista de Sistemas. Here, they collaborated with the Integritas Tech team and developed solutions for Sapling Learning, customizing Moodle and utilizing technologies such as PHP, MySQL, JavascriptMVC, Angular, Node, and Jasmine.

From March 2011 to October 2013, Miguel held the role of System Analyst at Instituto Atlântico, where they proposed technical solutions for system designs, managed and led design teams, and implemented continuous integration processes using Team City.

Prior to that, Miguel worked at Techway Informática from February 2009 to February 2011 as a Developer, focusing on management systems, invoice reports, financial reports, and process management. Miguel also developed projects using .NET and Java programming languages.

Miguel's earlier experiences include a role as a Developer at IEL Ceará from November 2008 to March 2009, where they developed user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, .NET, and ASP.NET. Miguel also worked as a Technical Support staff at Cotece S/A from March 2008 to August 2008, where they updated department documentation and troubleshooted hardware and software issues.

Miguel Franklin has a strong education background in computer science and information systems. Miguel obtained a Master Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Network Systems from the Federal University of Ceara, which they pursued from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Miguel completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Universidade 7 de Setembro - UNI7, studying from 2007 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, Miguel also holds several certifications in technology. In 2011, they obtained certifications in MTA-.NET Fundamentals, MTA-Software Development Fundamentals, MTA-Web Development Fundamentals, and MTA-Windows Development Fundamentals from Microsoft.
