Natalia Lopes

Natalia Lopes has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Natalia began their career in 2004 as an Atendente at Pegasus Solutions, where they handled reservations and communication with hotels. Natalia later took on the role of Back Office, where they ensured accurate reservations and assisted new agents. In 2007, they became a Day Trader at XP Investimentos, specializing in trading activities until 2013.

In 2013, Natalia transitioned to Aprisa Comercio de Alimentos, where they worked as a Coordenadora until 2015. Following that, they joined Nuvem Shop as a Customer Success representative, managing customer content and creating strategies for scaling customer support.

Natalia then joined Loja Integrada in 2017, taking on roles such as Customer Success and Customer Success Coordinator, where they focused on building scalable customer support and implementing educational initiatives. Natalia also worked at Xtech Commerce as a Customer Success representative and later joined Atendimento de Sucesso as a Co-founder until 2022.

In 2021, Natalia joined VTEX as a Customer Excellence Coordinator at Loja Integrada, leading a team and managing customer experience strategies. Natalia then moved on to become a Líder de Experiência de Colaboradores at Loja Integrada in 2021.

Currently, Natalia is working at Dock as a People Analyst III, where they are responsible for designing and implementing corporate training programs and managing knowledge resources. Natalia also analyzes training data, drives engagement initiatives, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Natalia Lopes has a diverse education history. Natalia completed a post-graduate degree in Leadership and People Management at Descomplica Faculdade Digital from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Marketing and Sales Planning from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2008 to 2009. In 2003, Natalia earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and a degree in Event Management from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications to expand their knowledge and skills. Some of these certifications include "RH na Educação Corporativa: Visualizando Novos Paradigmas" from Alura, "Analista de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento" from Udemy Brasil, "IT&D e L&D corporativo" from Udemy Brasil, "RH Tecnológico" from Sólides Tecnologia, and many others.
