Rafael Alexandre de Paula

Rafael Alexandre de Paula has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2007, they worked at Fundação Unimed as an Assistente de Comunicação e Marketing until October 2008.

Rafael Alexandre then moved on to FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they worked as both an Estagiário de Comunicação Interna from August 2009 to May 2010, and as an Analista de Comunicação Interna from May 2010 to December 2010.

In 2010, they joined FIDENS as an Analista de Comunicação Interna, where they worked until September 2012.

From 2012 to 2019, Rafael worked at Arezzo&Co in various roles, including Trainee de Gente e Gestão da Mudança from September 2012 to February 2014, Especialista de Gente e Gestão da Mudança from March 2014 to February 2015, Coordenador de Gente - Business Partner - HRBP from March 2015 to September 2016, Coordenador de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento e Comunicação Interna from October 2016 to June 2018, and Gerente de Cultura, Engajamento, Comunicação Interna e Talent from July 2018 to September 2019.

Most recently, Rafael joined Creditas as a Business Partner Manager - Learning and Development in October 2019, and held this role until August 2021.

Currently, Rafael is working as the Head of People - Culture, Development & ESG at Dock, starting in October 2021.

Rafael Alexandre de Paula completed their education in a sequential manner. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte where they pursued a degree in Communication Social with a field of study in Publicidade e Propaganda. Following that, from 2018 to 2019, they enrolled in Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and earned a degree in Business and People Management with a field of study in Administração e Negócios.
