Rodrigo Shimizu has a diverse range of work experience. Their most recent position was as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Dock, starting in August 2022. Rodrigo then moved on to become a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and eventually the Marketing Director, where they led the B2B strategic and marketing plan and conducted post-merger integration.

Shimizu began their career as a Junior Management Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants from 2001 to 2003, where they worked on various projects in logistics optimization, group synergy, and strategic segmentation. Before that, they had internships at Motorola and Airbus.

From 1995 to 2000, they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

In 1998 and 1999, they studied at Hamburg University of Technology, also obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

In 2004 to 2006, they pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed an MBA in General Management.

In 2020, they attended MIT Sloan School of Management and undertook a course on Digital Transformation, specifically focusing on AI and IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity.

From 2021 to 2022, they are currently studying at HSM University, specializing in Digital on Board.
