Mac Mirchandani is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in human capital management and SaaS product operations. Currently serving as Director of Product Operations at Docker, Inc. since January 2023, Mac previously held significant roles such as Chief Product Officer at HireRoad, leading the development of global HR SaaS products, and VP of Global Product Management, focusing on product strategy and management. With a background in employee experience platforms at PwC and innovative solutions for higher education at Blackboard, Mac has consistently driven product advancements through strategic management and data-driven insights. Earlier roles include Managing Director at CEB (now Gartner), where leadership in technology product development was pivotal, and a foundational position as a Software Developer at Etensity.
