Henrique Boz

Henrique Boz has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Henrique is currently the Head of Engineering at Docket Brasil, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at QuintoAndar as a Senior Software Engineering Manager from June 2021 to March 2023. Henrique also co-founded LAR.app and served as the CTO from July 2019 to June 2021.

Before their startup venture, Henrique worked at ARRIS, initially as a Professional Services Analyst from September 2013 to May 2015. Henrique then moved on to become a Staff Systems Engineer - CALA Services from May 2015 to March 2018, where they played a crucial role in creating and deploying new solutions in the Latin America region. Henrique also served as a Systems Engineering Manager - CALA Services from March 2018 to November 2018 and as a Principal Systems Engineer from December 2018 to July 2019.

Henrique started their career at GVT as a Telecommunications Analyst from December 2011 to December 2012, where they were responsible for creating the zero touch provisioning process. Henrique initially joined the company as an intern in November 2010 and quickly became an integral part of the engineering teams, proposing cost-saving technical solutions.

Before GVT, Henrique also interned at Progress Rail Services from March 2010 to October 2010 and at TECPAR as a scholarship recipient from July 2009 to March 2010.

Henrique Boz's education history begins with their enrollment at the Federal University of Technology - Parana from 2009 to 2015. During this time, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Electronics and Telecommunications. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their academic achievements, Henrique Boz has also obtained a certification in "The Business of AI" from the London Business School in March 2021.
