Summer Lamson is the current Chief Services Officer at DockYard. Summer has over 8 years of experience in product management and customer experience. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Product Management and Customer Experience at MyLife, a startup company. There, they led continuous product discovery and delivery across a worldwide, remote team. Summer also developed the first growth team that lead planning and execution of experiments to increase product retention. In addition, they oversaw the evaluation and implementation of new mobile marketing, analytics and A/B testing platforms.

Before their work at MyLife, Lamson co-founded Subtext, a boutique digital experience agency. As a co-founder, they fulfilled COO, Sales, and People Management roles. Summer was also responsible for leading company culture and operations, including employee hiring, onboarding and growth. Under their leadership, Subtext became a BCorp certified company in 2017.

Lamson has a passion for using their business skills for good and improving the lives of those around her. Summer is an experienced leader with a proven track record in product management, customer experience, and company growth.

Summer Lamson has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Portland State University - School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising Management from Portland State University - School of Business.

Summer Lamson reports to Brian Cardarella, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Leigh Brock - Director of Client Partnerships, Judith Camara-Harvey - Client Partner, and Sarah Woods - Chief People Officer.
