Cesar Tarrillo Celada

Cesar Tarrillo Celada is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in back-end development and engineering roles across various technology companies. Currently employed at Docler Holding Luxembourg since September 2020, Cesar has previously worked at Ligo.pe, Cabify, Easy Taxi, and Belatrix Software, where responsibilities included developing billing systems and REST APIs while utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum and TDD. Cesar's expertise also includes back-end development for Grupo El Comercio and handling software requirements at the Ministry of Culture in Peru. Education was completed at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos with a degree in Software Engineering.
