Max Bukovskiy

Max Bukovskiy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical program and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon since March 2021, Max is also the Product Owner of Streaming and Core Technologies at Docler Holding Luxembourg, where responsibilities include defining development strategies and supervising multiple distributed teams. Prior roles include Senior IT Project Manager at Propeller Ads, Head of Project Management at SKYROS, and Head of Development at AWIS Pokladny + Software. Max began a career in IT at Krupskaya Confectionary Company, focusing on ERP systems and departmental management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from North-West State Technical University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Computer Systems from the Naval Institute of Radioelectronics.
