Nicholas Hartigan has held various roles in the technology and software industries since 2001. Nicholas began their career as a User Experience Project Manager at AEC Software in 2001. In 2007, they moved to eMentum as a Senior Technical Project Manager for the Department of Justice (DOJ) Account. In 2010, they became the Managing Partner at Off Peak Training. In 2013, they were the Program Manager and Client Engagement Lead at Honda R&D Americas for LeapPoint. In 2016, they joined Honda R&D Americas, Inc. as a Senior Coordinator & Program Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Chief Program Manager at DocMagic.

Nicholas Hartigan is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) from George Mason University - College of Engineering and Computing in 2004, majoring in Information Systems and Security. Nicholas also holds a Masters Certificate from Villanova University in Applied Project Management. In addition, Nicholas has obtained several certifications, including a Workfront Administrator from Workfront (2015), a PMI-RMP - Risk Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (2014), a PMI-SP - Project Scheduling Professional from the Project Management Institute (2013), an ITIL - IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2010), a PMP - Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (2007), a FastTrack Schedule Administrator from AEC Software (2003), a CNA - Network Administrator from Novell (1999), and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance (2019).
