Patricia Garcia

Patricia Garcia has over 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Patricia began their career in 2007 as an Operations Manager with Home Rescue Programs, where they managed 25+ employees, translated legal contracts and marketing materials from English to Spanish, and played a key role in creating a desktop prequalification engine. In 2010, they joined Prospect Mortgage, LLC as a Senior Loss Mitigation Analyst, where they were responsible for reviewing investor kickbacks and working with Executive Leadership to prepare rebuttal letters of best resolutions. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC as a Shared Services Manager, where they managed the Shared Services Department, created workflows and Policies and Procedures, and set production goals and minimum daily quotas. In 2018, Patricia joined BM Real Estate Services as a Licensing Specialist, where they managed individual NMLS licensing and On-boarding for 150+ loan officers. In 2020, they joined Sprout Mortgage as a Sr. Compliance Analyst, where they were responsible for resolving Mavent alerts, warnings and Fails. Currently, Patricia is a Sr. Compliance Analyst at Carrington Mortgage Services, Mortgage Lending Division, where they are responsible for resolving Mavent compliance escalations, ensuring LOS (Encompass) is compliant with regulatory requirements, state laws, TRID regulations and company policies and procedures, and providing analytical support to operations and sales. Patricia will join DocMagic in 2022 as a Sr Compliance Analyst.
