Ron Lurken

Ron Lurken has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ron started their career at Rabobank Groep in 1990, where they worked as a Klantenservice representative until 1997. From 1998 to 2005, they served as an Officemanager at the same company. In 2005, Ron joined VGZ voor de Zorg - IZZ Zorgverzekering as a Teamleiter Operatives Geschäft and later became a Manager callcenter from 2006 to 2009. Since 2010, Ron has been working at DocMorris, initially as a Teamleiter Operatives Geschäft and then as a Callcenter-Manager. From 2013 to the present, they have held the role of Supervisor CS Center Operations. Ron is currently the Head of Order Management Operations at DocMorris, starting in April 2023.

Ron Lurken has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Commerciële economie (CE) - Specialisatie marketing management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, they attended Prof. Cobbenhagencollege from 1986 to 1990, where they focused on MEAO-Commerciele Economie.
