Steven Melchers, CPIM

Steven Melchers has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Steven started their career at Dynafix Group, where they completed an internship in 2004. Steven then joined UPS Supply Chain Solutions as a Trouble Shooter from February to December 2005, and later as an Inventory Controller from December 2005 to January 2007.

In 2007, Steven joined SABIC as an SAP Application Manager Order to Cash, responsible for managing the order to cash process. From July 2011 to December 2012, they served as the SAP Release Manager EU, ensuring successful SAP releases. Additionally, they worked as an ERP Specialist, focusing on order to cash, inventory management, and transportation management from June 2010 to May 2014.

Moving on, Steven joined DSM in June 2014 as a Business Solution Consultant ERP Logistics, providing expertise in logistics systems. Steven worked in this role until May 2017.

Currently, Steven is employed at DocMorris as a SAP / IT Logistics Systems Consultant since June 2017. Recently, in July 2020, they took on a new role as the Product Owner responsible for SAP ERP & CRM.

Steven Melchers, CPIM, has a strong educational background in supply chain management and industrial engineering. Steven earned their CPIM certification and BSCM (APICS Production and Inventory Management) degree from the Supply Chain Academy between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, Steven attended the Capgemini Academy in 2007, where they completed the Master Class SAP Sales & Distribution. In 2000, they graduated from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Steven's secondary education took place at Sintermeerten College, where they completed their Atheneum degree. Apart from their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications such as Certified SAP Consultant Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management (LE-WM) in 2011 and Certified SAP Consultant Sales and Distribution (SD) in 2007, both from SAP.
