Carla Vy

Carla Vy has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Carla worked at DOCOMO PACIFIC from 2018 to the present, starting as a Financial Planning Analyst, then moving on to become a Project Controller Supervisor before eventually becoming a Program Manager. In their role as Program Manager, Carla streamlined workflows, fostered transparency, and successfully completed over 100 projects in the Enterprise Business sector. These projects included the opening of two chain hotels with IPTV solutions. Prior to DOCOMO PACIFIC, Carla worked at Benson Guam Enterprises as a Customer Service Representative from 2012 to 2018. Carla also worked at Hilton Guam Resort & Spa and Hilton Guam Resort and Spa, where they held marketing communications roles.

Carla Vy pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Hospitality and International Tourism from the University of Guam, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they briefly studied Business Administration and Management at the California State University-San Bernardino in 2012. Later, they earned their Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, completing their degree in 2024.
