Jason Paredes

Jason Paredes, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Jason most recently served as the Vice President of Finance at DOCOMO PACIFIC, where they provided decision-making input and support on financial transactions and managed the accounting functions for Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Accounting at DOCOMO PACIFIC.

Before joining DOCOMO PACIFIC, Jason worked as the Controller at Branded Entertainment Network, where they led special projects such as mergers and acquisitions and finance/accounting integrations. Jason also served as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, where they conducted various audits on complex accounting areas and evaluated internal control structures and systems.

In addition, Jason worked as an Audit Senior at BDO USA, LLP and as a Technical Advisor at Moore Stephens. Jason began their career as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and internal control evaluation. Jason'swork experience spans across various industries, including telecommunications, entertainment, and professional services.

Jason Paredes, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Jason has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Washington State Board of Accountancy, the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Guam Board of Accountancy. The exact dates of when these certifications were obtained are not provided.
