Quenie Balagot has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2015, they started as an intern at Pacific Daily News, where they gained valuable experience in journalism. Later that year, they interned at the University of Guam as an Integrated Marketing Communications Intern. In 2016, they worked as an Account Executive at Talent Basket and then moved on to become a Jr. Account Manager at Big Fish Creative. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Program Coordinator II at Guam Memorial Hospital Authority. Quenie'smost recent role is as a Segment Marketing Specialist at DOCOMO PACIFIC, where they are currently employed.

Quenie Balagot attended the University of Guam from 2012 to 2015. Quenie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on English: Literature Emphasis and Communication: Public Relations Track. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Communication: Public Relations. Additionally, in February 2016, they obtained an advanced certification in Duolingo French Fluency from Duolingo.
