Diana Hernández Martín

Diana Hernández Martín is an experienced professional currently serving as the EU Product Expert Operations Coordinator and CS Customer Care Team Manager at DocPlanner since May 2018. In this role, Diana leads the customer support department, focuses on technical support, customer care, and provides assistance to various internal departments. Prior to DocPlanner, Diana worked at Rho Europa as a sales representative for European polymer manufacturers from May 2017 to May 2018, and held the position of Senior Sales Account Executive at Alef&Maqroll from September 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included client outreach and commercial management.
