Olga Rodriguez Trujillo

Olga Rodriguez Trujillo is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and CRM strategies across various international organizations. Currently, as the Global Head of Customer Marketing at Docplanner since September 2025, Olga previously served as Director of Product Marketing & Engagement at HRS Group, where leadership in B2C marketing strategy and team management were key responsibilities. Prior roles include significant positions at Delivery Hero, managing various aspects of marketing strategy and CRM for APAC brands, along with a consulting role in CRM strategy for Flash Coffee. Olga's earlier career included senior management roles at Zalando, focusing on personalized CRM initiatives, alongside experience in journalism and media. Olga holds an Executive Master in International Business from ESCP Business School and a degree in Journalism from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
