Rafael Montoya-Robledo

Rafael Montoya-Robledo is an experienced executive with a strong background in management and strategic growth within the healthcare and food service sectors. Currently serving as Country Manager for Colombia at DocPlanner and CEO of Doctoralia Colombia, Rafael is responsible for the P&L, budget execution, and market scaling. Previously, as Country Manager at RobinFood, Rafael successfully led a team to profitability across multiple stores. With additional roles including Board Advisor at RESMAN and experience in startup environments, Rafael has demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, marketing, and operations management across Latin America. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability and a degree in Math from Universidad de los Andes, complemented by culinary training from Escuela de Gastronomía Verde Oliva.
