Swati Yadav

Swati Yadav is the current CHRO at Docquity. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Hilleman Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. and HFCL. Swati has also worked as an Associate Partner & Consultant at SCS HR Solutions where they were responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and compensation for various nationalities. Yadav has also worked as the Head OD & Talent Management at Monnet Group (Aion-JSW).

After completing their schooling from the University of Rajasthan, Swati Yadav pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree and then a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree. Swati followed this up with a PGDBM in HRM from Xavier Institute of Management and a certification in CHANGE MANAGEMENT from Cornell University. Currently, they are working as a Career-Life Coach and helping people deal with change in their lives.
