Towfiq Rusell

Towfiq Rusell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Towfiq currently holds the position of Sales Team Lead at DocTime since July 2022. Previously, they worked at foodpanda, starting as an Area Operations Manager from November 2019 to August 2021. Towfiq then held the roles of Senior Cluster Operations from September 2021 to November 2022, and Cluster Assistant Manager, Logistics from January 2022 to August 2022. Prior to that, Towfiq worked as a Territory Sales Manager at SSG (Super Star Group) from June 2019 to October 2019, at Walton Group from January 2018 to May 2019, and at GSK Bangladesh from November 2016 to December 2017. Towfiq'searlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Manager at Grameenphone Ltd from June 2015 to June 2016.

Towfiq Rusell completed their Executive MBA in Marketing from North Western University, Khulna, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they also pursued an Executive MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University Bangladesh from 2021 to 2022. In terms of their undergraduate education, Towfiq Rusell obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree in Marketing from National University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained two certifications: "Complete Google Data Studio 2022 Edition" from Udemy in February 2022, and "Fundamental Logistics, Supply Chain & Customer Service" from Udemy in January 2022.
