Louise Källén

Louise Källén has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Louise currently holds the position of Head of Clinical People Operations at Doktor24 since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at KRY as a Lead Recruiter from July 2017 to April 2020. Before joining KRY, Louise held the role of Consulting Manager at Dedicare AB from September 2014 to March 2016. Louise began their career as a Fysioterapeut at Danderyds Sjukhus AB in 2004 and held this role until 2014.

Louise Källén has a diverse educational background. Louise began their education in 1998 at Gångsätra Gymnasium, where they studied the Ekonomiprogrammet and completed their high school education in 2001. In 2002, they enrolled at Karolinska Institutet and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, graduating in 2004.

In 2010, Louise attended Pia Bergholm for a private Lymfterapeututbildning, a lymph therapy training program, which they completed in 2011. Building on their interests in teaching and guiding others, they took a self-contained course in Higher Education Pedagogy for Teachers and Supervisors in Work-Integrated Learning at Karolinska Institutet in 2012.

In 2013, Louise engaged in another self-contained course at The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences, where they studied Motiverande samtal, MI, or Motivational Interviewing. Through these educational experiences, Louise has developed a comprehensive skill set in physiotherapy, lymph therapy, teaching, and motivational interviewing.
