Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, a platform focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability, Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro and worked as a nutritionist at a private consultancy.
