James Castillo II, MD FACP HMDC is a highly experienced physician who currently serves as the Lead Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician at DHR Health. With a background in healthcare spanning over two decades, James has held various leadership positions in hospitals and hospice organizations, including as a Health Authority at Cameron County Department of Health and Human Services. James has a strong educational foundation, holding an MD from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Barry University.
