Natalie Hester

Natalie Hester, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Quality Improvement/Risk Management at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto since December 2020. Previously, Natalie held the position of Nursing Director of the Intensive Care Unit & Multi-Specialty Services at Doctors Hospital of Manteca from September 2016 to December 2020. Natalie's extensive experience at Kaiser Permanente from June 2004 to August 2016 included roles as Clinical Adult Services Director, Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, and Staff RN within the Medical Surgical Department, specializing in Spine, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Oncology. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from Walden University (2011-2014) and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Evergreen Valley College (2000-2004).
