Erin Lutz

Erin Lutz is an experienced professional in healthcare transformation and program development, currently serving as the Manager of Practice Support Service Delivery and Team Based Care Liaison at Doctors of BC since September 2019, where the focus is on implementing Team Based Care Strategies. In addition to this role, Erin Lutz has operated a consulting practice since January 2022. Previous experience includes leadership positions in regional support programs at Island Health and Vancouver Island Health Authority, where Erin Lutz contributed to improving patient care through innovative healthcare practices and training for healthcare professionals. Erin Lutz has a robust educational background, holding a Master of Arts in Community Development and several relevant graduate certificates from the University of Victoria and Simon Fraser University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Psychology from Vancouver Island University.
