Joanne Styles

Joanne Styles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in practice support and quality improvement within healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Team Based Care Enhanced Coach at Doctors of BC since October 2020, Joanne provides critical support for regional team-based care initiatives and mentors health authority coordinators. Simultaneously, Joanne has been a Practice Support Program Coach/Coordinator at Interior Health Authority since April 2015, delivering tailored support to physicians through core services. Past roles include Practice Automation Coach and Peer to Peer Program Coordinator at the BC Medical Association, where Joanne contributed to workflow efficiencies and peer development within the Physician Information Technology Office. Educational qualifications include an Associate Certificate in Conflict Coaching from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature/History from Thompson Rivers University.
