Roxanne Joyce

Roxanne Joyce, RCC, currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Services at Doctors of BC, focusing on advocating for physicians and physicians-in-training through the Physician Health Program. With extensive experience in mental health and counseling, Roxanne previously held roles including Clinical Coordinator for the Physician Health Program at Morneau Shepell, where responsibilities included managing approximately 150 clinical cases and conducting solution-focused therapy sessions. Roxanne also worked as an Advisor for Student Leadership & Career Development at The University of British Columbia, and as a Senior Policy Analyst at Providence Health Care, coordinating significant public health studies. Roxanne's academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with First Class Honours from Simon Fraser University.
