Allison James

Allison (Ally) James serves as the Director of People and Culture for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières - USA, focusing on a people-first strategic vision and leading change management in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for over 550 US-contracted and headquarters staff. Previously, Allison was the first DEI Director of Strategy for MSF-USA, laying the foundation for a dedicated DEI department. In addition to ongoing speaking engagements in the New York Tri-State Area on diversity and inclusion, Allison has held significant leadership roles at INROADS, Inc., RJames Associates, Inc., and JPMorgan Chase, emphasizing relationship building and optimizing operational efficiency. Allison earned a Bachelor of Business Studies in Social Work from the City University of New York- York College.
