LaMonte Nelson-Spears is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in management, sales, and network system analysis. Currently serving as a Network System Analyst and Xerox Authorized Sales Agent at Docugraphics, LLC since September 2014, LaMonte is involved in providing comprehensive Xerox solutions and consulting services. Previous roles include Small Business Security Consultant at ADT Security Services, Account Manager at DotComGuy, and Assistant Store Manager at Dillards and Wal-Mart, where LaMonte contributed to operational efficiency, customer service improvement, and store profitability.
