Carina Hepsøe

Carina Hepsøe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2001, Carina worked as a Markedsanalytiker at Egmont Publishing, where they were involved in market analysis, data analysis, and content production.

In 2002, Carina joined Reader's Digest Association as a Customer Care Coordinator, responsible for coordinating the work between external customer service centers, CRM teams, and marketing departments. Carina also focused on optimizing customer loyalty programs and customer experience management.

From 2003 to 2012, Carina worked at Nielsen in various positions, including Marketing Manager/CMO, Client Executive, Sales & Client Service Director, and Chairman of the Board. Their responsibilities included strategic and operational marketing, establishing partnerships for digital service delivery, and managing key clients.

From 2012 to 2016, Carina was a Bransjestyrerepresentant at Hovedorganisasjonen Virke, where they represented Virke Markedsanalyse and worked in the knowledge and technology sector.
