Espen Nergaard

Espen Nergaard has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Espen began their career in 2003 as a Petty Officer in the Norwegian military, serving as a patrol leader and aiming to make their unit combat-ready for overseas missions. In 2007, Espen joined Siemens AS as a Business Controller. Espen then moved on to Christiania Securities ASA in 2008, working as an Equity Sales professional until 2011. From 2009 to 2012, Espen was a Partner at Norse Securities AS. In 2012, they joined Software Innovation - Part of Tieto Group as a Sales Executive, eventually becoming the Head of Sales for Norway until 2018. Since 2018, Espen has been with Documaster AS, where they initially held the role of Head of Sales - Public Sector Norway before transitioning to SVP of Global Sales - Public Sector in August 2020.

Espen Nergaard attended the BI Norwegian Business School from 2004 to 2007, studying Økonomi og ledelse (Economics and Management). Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, they attended the Marine Officer Candidates School and obtained the rank of Petty Officer, specializing in the Costal Ranger Command. In 2005, Espen Nergaard also obtained certification as a member of Mensa Norge.
