Colleen Konetzke

Colleen Konetzke serves as Chief of Staff at Document Crunch since March 2025, following a tenure as Principal at Ironspring Ventures from May 2022 to February 2025. Previous roles include MBA Internships at G2 Venture Partners, Edison International—where focus was on hydrogen and CCUS technologies—and Bain & Company, all contributing to a strong foundation in strategic planning and renewable energy. Notably, Colleen founded Feed the Front Line, a nonprofit that provided over 75,000 meals during the pandemic, and held a project coordinator position at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, alongside a BBA in Accounting and a Master's in Finance from Texas A&M University, with additional study at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
