Johnny has spent more than 2 decades in technology learning what works, what doesn’t work, and where he fits into the larger picture. Besides learning to talk about himself in the 3rd person, he has also discovered that he has a passion for helping new companies/solutions build momentum. While the technical, quality-centric challenges are never-ending and constantly fascinating, it’s the personal, psychological challenges that keep him passionate about improving “how” teams get work done.
His background is in Psychology (MS focused on the neuroanatomy of behavior) which has turned out to be a significant advantage with respect to the maintenance of team morale and asserting an ethos for the larger organization. While the focus of his efforts typically centers on finding and addressing bugs, the scope of his involvement typically extends beyond that threshold.
