Katie Mattei has extensive experience in human resources and education, having served as a Teaching Assistant at Nichols College from 2010 to 2012. They held multiple roles at EMC, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Program Manager, where they managed recruitment, training, and events. From 2017 to 2019, Katie worked as a Senior People Business Partner at Turbonomic, followed by a position as HR Business Partner Director at UiPath until 2023. Currently, they are the Head of People at Documo and pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior at Suffolk University.
