Cassie Capano

Cassie Capano is the current Vice President of People at SnapLogic, responsible for leading the People function and directly reporting to the CEO as a member of the Executive team since October 2023. Prior to this role, Cassie served as Vice President and Head of Global People Operations at Eat Just, Inc. from May 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included building and evolving People programs for a global team. Earlier experience includes Director of People Operations at Lending Club, as well as HR Benefits and Immigration roles at Industrial Light & Magic and Lucasfilm Entertainment Company Ltd. Cassie began the professional journey as an HR Specialist at IAC Search & Media and held a position as Lead Teller at Wells Fargo Bank. Cassie earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior & Leadership from the University of San Francisco between 2011 and 2013.
