Mercedes Rothwell is an experienced Technical Writing Team Lead at Docupace since July 2021, overseeing team operations and managing documentation processes. Prior to this, Mercedes worked as a Technical Writer, collaborating with support teams and subject matter experts. Previous roles include Instructional Designer and Technical Writer at MATC Group Inc, and various positions involving tutoring and editing. Mercedes holds a Master's degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and a degree in Human Societies with a focus on Anthropology, History, Public History, and Heritage Interpretation from Bryn Athyn College.
