Eduardo Mora

Eduardo Mora has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Eduardo started their career at YourMembership in 2015 as a Support Specialist, where they handled service requests and provided training to customers. Eduardo then moved on to become a QA Engineer, where they ensured the quality of software products. Following this, they served as a Software QA Team Lead and eventually transitioned to the role of a Product Manager. In 2021, Eduardo joined DocuPhase as a Professional Services Consultant, assisting clients in optimizing their use of the company's software. Eduardo later became a Software Developer and, most recently, a Manager of Engineering, SMB.

Eduardo Mora earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Music at Hillsborough Community College, from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Eduardo has also obtained various certifications. In June 2018, they completed the Python Programmer Track from DataCamp. Subsequently, in 2019, they obtained the following certifications: "Building Resilient Streaming Systems on Google Cloud Platform" and "Data Engineering, Big Data, and Machine Learning on GCP Specialization" from Coursera; "Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)" from the ASTQB; "Leveraging Unstructured Data with Cloud Dataproc on Google Cloud Platform," "Serverless Data Analysis with Google BigQuery and Cloud Dataflow," "Serverless Machine Learning with TensorFlow on Google Cloud Platform," and "Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals" from Coursera as well.
