Kristen Paz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kristen started their career in 2004 as a Teller at Capital City Bank Group, Inc. and later served as a Personal Banker and Lending Administrative Assistant II. Kristen then worked at Stewart's Catering as a Seasonal Caterer for five years. In 2015, they joined Centerplate as a Seasonal Catering Supervisor. Kristen Paz joined Community State Bank - Florida in 2012 and held positions such as Loan Operations Specialist, AVP Loan Officer III, and VP Loan Support & Communications Officer. Currently, they are working as a Client Relations Manager - Mortgage Technology at Docutech.

Kristen Paz attended Santa Fe College from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Economics. From 2016 to 2018, they also completed the FBA Florida School of Banking, earning a diploma of completion in Banking. Kristen furthered their education at the University of Florida from 2017 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations & Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Kristen Paz has obtained several certifications. Kristen completed the "WordPress 5 Essential Training" certification from Lynda.com in February 2019. In May 2012, they obtained the certification for "Federal Mortgage Loan Originator" from the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System. Most recently, in February 2021, Kristen completed the "Become an Instructional Designer" certification from LinkedIn.
