Mikhail Sagalov

Mikhail Sagalov has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mikhail currently works as the Lead Project Delivery Manager at ShelterZoom, where their responsibilities include managing timelines for projects and initiatives, coaching for agile transformation, and leading the company's agile transformation. Prior to this, Mikhail worked at Foresight, where they held multiple roles such as Product Owner, Project Delivery Manager, and Senior System Analyst. In these roles, they focused on developing and supporting partners and current customers, as well as managing agile transformation, analyzing requirements, and managing processes in the development team. Before joining Foresight, Mikhail worked at Digital Design as a DevOps Team Lead, Senior System Engineer, System Engineer, and Junior System Engineer. During this time, they created and developed a new team, hired DevOps engineers, implemented systems at Enterprise customers, analyzed requirements, estimated projects, and handled technical presales. Mikhail's earliest work experience can be traced back to Specmash, where they worked as a System Administrator.

Mikhail Sagalov completed their education from 2005 to 2013 at Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, where they obtained a Master's degree in System Analysis and Management. In addition to their degree, Mikhail has also earned several certifications from Microsoft. In 2013, they obtained the MCTS: Forefront Identity Manager 2010, Configuration certification. A year later, in 2014, they achieved the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification. Lastly, in 2015, Mikhail obtained the MCSE: Server Infrastructure certification.
